Open Positions
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Provide essential daily living support and personal care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting independence.
Requirements:
- Valid NJ CHHA Certification
- Proof of residency/Right to work
- Updated physical and immunizations
- Must pass background check
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Assist with medical tasks, monitor patient health, and provide high-quality personal care under the supervision of nursing staff.
Requirements:
- Current NJ CNA License
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Clear criminal record
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team to manage complex patient needs.
Requirements:
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Clinical experience in home care preferred
- Pass state-mandated screening
Registered Nurse (RN)
Oversee care plans, perform advanced clinical assessments, and provide guidance to the care team to ensure the highest health outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid NJ Registered Nurse License
- Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
- Strong leadership and clinical judgment
- Cleared background check
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals, participating in community life, and developing daily living skills.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- DDD required trainings completed (or willing to train)
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Must pass background screening
Key Shared Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Providing respectful personal care and medication reminders.
- Supporting community integration and social engagement activities.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with the care team.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy environment for every individual.
