Open Positions

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Provide essential daily living support and personal care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting independence.

Requirements:
  • Valid NJ CHHA Certification
  • Proof of residency/Right to work
  • Updated physical and immunizations
  • Must pass background check
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist with medical tasks, monitor patient health, and provide high-quality personal care under the supervision of nursing staff.

Requirements:
  • Current NJ CNA License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clear criminal record
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Deliver skilled nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team to manage complex patient needs.

Requirements:
  • Active New Jersey LPN License
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Clinical experience in home care preferred
  • Pass state-mandated screening
Registered Nurse (RN)

Oversee care plans, perform advanced clinical assessments, and provide guidance to the care team to ensure the highest health outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Valid NJ Registered Nurse License
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
  • Strong leadership and clinical judgment
  • Cleared background check
Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals, participating in community life, and developing daily living skills.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • DDD required trainings completed (or willing to train)
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Must pass background screening

Key Shared Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Providing respectful personal care and medication reminders.
  • Supporting community integration and social engagement activities.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with the care team.
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy environment for every individual.
